Q:How long of the warranty period?
Whole machine 1year. In warranty period, We will send the part free to replace the one that is broken
Q:What's the Payment terms?
Our payment is T/T and L/C.40% is paid by T/T as deposit.60% is paid before shipment.
Q:Can you provide oversea service?
We will dispatch engineer to install the machine if you need, buyer should afford the cost in buyer's country and round-trip air tickets.
The compensation for engineer is 100USD/DAY.
Q:Do you also offer the wrapping film?
Yes, we can offer you the plastic roll film, we have a long term cooperated supplier for roll film and the price is favorable.
