This machine mainly carries out automatic picking up, filling, sealing and outputting of materials through pre-made bags, which
greatly improves the packing efficiency and precision and reduces the labour cost.
 

 

Bag picking/loading: the pre-made bags are delivered to the bag picking section of the machine by mechanical claw or conveyor belt.

Opening the bag: the equipment automatically detects and opens the opening part of the bag.

Filling material: The material such as paint is conveyed to the weighing system through the feeding system, and the weighing system controls the filling amount of the material according to the set value to ensure the same weight of each bag of paint.
 
Sealing: When the material is filled, the sealing system automatically seals the bags.

Work Process:
bag giving→date coding →bag opening →filling and vibrating 1→filling and vibrating2→heat sealing 1→heat sealing 2→forming and output
