1.Rotary jar feeding/collected table

1.It can be used for the empty jar feeding and Finished-product collection.

2.The motor rotates the table so that the bottle follows a fixed track into the conveyor belt.

3. Adjusting the position and height of the baffle can adapt to a variety of specifications of plastic bottles.

2.Z shape bucket conveyor

1. It has advantages of large quantity and height lifting.

3.Multihead weigher

1. Adopt high-precision digital weighing sensor and AD module for accurate measurement.
2. Automatic tracking and adjustment of vibration amplitude, more uniform blanking, better combination.
3. When weighing,you can choose to set multiple feeding and sequential feeding to avoid fluffy material clogging the feeding port.

6.Fully automatic capping machine

1. Air-operated suction nozzle is adopted to suck rubber cover in cover storage groove into cover buckling groove;
2. Cans are brought to clip band position through movement of conveyor belt;
3. The cover at the outlet is brought out through movement of can driven by clip band and then it is compressed by gland wheel;
4. PLC intelligent programming and touch screen control, easy to use and set
